Forgive One Another 3


 *Topic Forgive One Another 3* 
 *Text* Mark11:25-26, Luke 17:3-4, Colossians 3:12-13

Forgiveness is *essential* in our walk with the Lord.
In human relationships, there is the tendency to offend one another but all in all we must learn to forgive one another even as God has forgiven us.

 *Why* *you* *Must* *Forgive* 
• *Forgiveness* is a *command* *from* *God* .
If it is a *command* , then it is a must for you and I to forgive whoever that offends us.
Hence, Unforgivensss simply means *disobedience* to the divine *instruction* to forgive.

• *To* *have* *a* *clear* *Conscience* *and* a *Peace* of *mind* .
You will always have a guilty conscience if you don't forgive. 
Forgiveness sets the offender *free*
There is *freedom* in forgiving whoever that offends you.
 *Joy* *abounds* in your heart if you show forgiveness.

• *To* *have* *your* *Prayers* *answered* 
It is needful to note that Unforgivensss can *hinder* your prayer.
Personally, I can hardly pray if anyone offends me.
Besides, you cannot *pray* *effectively* if you harbour grudge in your heart.
Truly your are *deeply* hurt but it is wisdom to forgive.

Go to the Lord *tonight* in prayer and ask God for *grace* to forgive whoever that has offended you.

O Lord as I choose to forgive today, any of prayers that have not been answered as a result of Unforgivensss, Father please let it be answered tonight.
